So pleased to finally find a good quality replacement canopy. The material is great, heavy duty with a canvas like feel. I was expecting to need to adapt it to my bench, as it was longer than I needed, but it's so well made that it adapted and is held in place firmly without needing any extra help. I'm delighted with it.

We love this gazebo. It’s perfect. We bought the 4 x 3 and we have the mocha but also have just bought a spare canopy and grey to switch it up a little bit when our canopy gets tired in a few years because hopefully this will last us sometime. We always get complimented on it and it makes such a big difference keeping the heat out of the kitchen. Also very relaxing to sit underneath.

We buy this from you approximately every 3 years. This year there is a small hole. I contacted you and was told this is where the stitchers stitch it !! Well that’s obvious but how long will it last if it already had a hole in it

Seats were smaller than stated but I think this is just the filling in the seats. Once they have been used and pushed down and out a bit they should be just right.

These cushions are a perfect fit for my old chairs. I needed some replacements because although the frames were good the cushions had faded, the chairs were originally from The Range but replacement cushions are not something they do for these particular chairs. I had searched far and wide for replacements but they either were a bad fit or too expensive . Thankfully I came across The garden furniture shop and was delighted with the patterns available and the prices. Ordering was easy and delivery quick. In case anyone is interested I purchased the outdoor 18x18 cushions to replace the footstool covers which were also a great match . I was sent a duplicate order by mistake but with good communication the return was easy and postage reimbursed. I can highly recommend this company.

My canopy split with wear and tear after 4-5 years. I didn't think I could get a replacement but looked at my order and saw that I could. Brilliant! Easy to fit. Only downside is that the corners are not attached and move up over the frame.

Good quality cushion, well made. Limited range of patterns, the one I would have chosen was not available, but what I got is fine. This is the second of these cushion s I have bought, the previous one is just stating to tear after five years.

There are a numbwr of small holes on the canopy. 4 holes in each coener of the canopy plus a numwr of sticking holes along the stitch lines. Tried to reach this company with pics to show the problem email pinged back Tried to ring the 0121 number -- impossible to get any respinse. This item is not fit for purpose !! Great little gazebo. So easy to erect, I did it On my own. Delivery was quick but unfortunately it was delivered to the wrong address even though the parcel was correctly addressed. I had to go and find it from my neighbours

A great gazebo, well made and looks great. Our roof canopy lasted 3.5 years before a small tear appeared. We had taken the canopy off each year at Autumn and put back up in the spring. The canopy are available separately as a replacement

Liars sent damaged item rang them promised replacement emailed them with pictures never replied back or sent replacement won’t be shopping here again lost a loyal customer beware!
